​For our client, a leading international sports brand in Zürich, we are looking for for an accomplished



  • Bring more A players into the organization by implementing strategic headcount planning and make use of (international) Social Media, etc.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies linked to organizational goals and partner with managers to strategize, define, prevent or resolve complex HR issues.
  • Develop policies and procedures on HR related like Recruitment, Health, People planning, Sustainable employability, Benefits, Development etc.
  • Manage all aspects of Compensation & Benefits for Europe (payroll, bench marking, salary ranges, recommendation-implementation and execution of benefit plans, etc.).
  • Advice, coordinate and execute exit process together with the respective manager
  • Compliancy with Employment laws.
  • Manage to maintain and update all local HR related documents, processes and procedures.
  • Keep manager in the loop with regards to his/her employee issues, requests, complaints, etc.
  • Train managers on HR related processes and support employee training/coaching needs on an individual and group level.
  • Manage expat assignments, moving, housing, school for children, permits, social security number, 30% ruling, dummy payroll and tax requirements, local administration and home returns for the Netherlands and France.
  • Manage organization of (in)formal events, celebrations, recognition awards, etc. (promotion of teamwork).
  • Employee relations issues, coaching and counseling of individuals and teams.
  • GPTW Survey, Deep dive & Work out action plan by Country
  • Manage Payroll execution
  • Supporting European HR Director
  • Live the core values by example
  • Ideal candidate has bachelor’s degree in Business Administration 5 - 6 years’ experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Program
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English with an interest in working with teams around the world
  • International Travel will be required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & complete tasks within product creation timelines 
  • Ability to work independently when needed
  • Hands-on Mentality
  • Experience with reading regulatory directives and standards
